Patent US2647047 - Explosive Composition - priemyselná trhavina značne "zriedená" sírou (až do množstva 93,5% síry) - zaujímavý príklad toho, ako sa z menšieho množstva energetického materiálu dá vytvoriť množstvo väčšie pridaním (inertnej) látky, ktorá sa ľahko odparuje/uvoľnuje plyn (ako bola aj zmes sódy bikarbóny s pár percentami glyceroltrinitrátu, ale síra má aj katalytický účinok), pričom si zachová ešte ľahkú iniciovateľnosť a pomerne malý kritický priemer.  Trhavina by po odpálení na vzduchu za určitých podmienok mohla mať aj termobarický efekt. Energia trhaviny by sa dala značne zvýšiť nahradením časti síry hliníkom (2Al / 3S)

Patent CN104693073 - Preparation method for creatine nitrate (ako aj v predchádzajúcom patente, aj tu je spomenutý dinitrát a trinitrát kreatínu - tieto zlúčeniny, AK vôbec existujú (v nadbytku HNO3), budú nestabilné. Boli spravené dva testy: za nízkej teploty bola zmiešaná suspenzia kreatínu vo vode s HNO3 v mólových pomeroch blízkych 1:2 a 1:3, v oboch prípadoch s miernym nadbytkom kreatínu, no v oboch prípadoch bolo pri zahusťovaní sa a schnutí vykryštalizovanej látky cítiť silný pach kyseliny dusičnej. Vykryštalizovaná látka sa zdá byť totožná s mononitrátom. Mononitrát a zmesi s jeho veľkým nadbytkom buď nedetonovali alebo len čiastočne od rozbušiek s obsahom PETN menej ako 0,5g (10g náložky). Iné to je samozrejme pri stechiometrických a im blízkych zmesiach s NH4NO3)

Podvojný Asp-chloristan by bol asi výhodnejší, iba ak by bol vo vode značne menej rozpustný ako Gly-analóg a bezvodý. To preukáže náš ďalší výskum)
